This is one of my favorite ways to roast pork loin. It will be tender and delicious. I chill it down after roasting and slice it thin for making paninis.

How to Make:

This recipe is for a whole pork loin. Simply divide it in half for a smaller loin. Use 1 cup of your favorite mustard. I typically use English style. Add 1 Tbs of Dry Ground Mustard, and 1 Tbs of Sriracha, 1 TBS of honey and ¼ tsp of kosher salt. Mix all together and slather onto a pork loin. Roast at 350F until pork until minimum internal temperature reaches 150F pull out of the oven, cover with foil and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. After resting, slice thin and enjoy!
